As a Section 8 not-for-profit company registered under the Companies Act 2026, Nayi India Foundation operates under a robust governance structure designed to ensure accountability to our beneficiaries, donors, and the communities we serve. Our Board of Directors provides strategic oversight while our management team handles day-to-day operations.
