Job Description * Support recruitment and internship onboarding activities. * Maintain employee and intern records. * Assist with attendance, documentation and HR coordination. * Support HR policies, internal communication and engagement activities. * Assist the team with day-to-day HR administration. Requirements * Pursuing or completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Management or a related field. * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace. * Organised, responsible and willing to learn. * Freshers are welcome.
Hygiene Educator
Job Description * Support hygiene awareness activities in government schools. * Assist in organising sessions on handwashing, sanitation and personal hygiene. * Support school visits, awareness campaigns and educational activities. * Help document activities, observations and field outcomes. * Work with the programme team to promote healthy hygiene practices among students. Requirements * Interest in education, hygiene, sanitation or community/school programmes. * Good communication and teamwork skills. * Comfortable participating in school visits and field activities. * Responsible and enthusiastic approach. * Students and freshers are welcome.
Supervisor
Job Description * Support supervision of school and programme activities. * Coordinate with field teams, schools and interns. * Monitor daily activities and ensure planned tasks are completed. * Maintain basic activity records and reports. * Identify field-level issues and communicate them to the programme team. * Support smooth implementation of Nayi India Foundation programmes. Requirements * Graduate or pursuing graduation in any relevant discipline. * Good coordination and communication skills. * Ability to manage tasks and work with a team. * Basic reporting and documentation skills. * Willingness to travel to schools when required. * Responsible and proactive attitude.
Communications & Social Media Intern
Job Description * Create and manage content for social media platforms. * Support communication about Nayi India Foundation’s programmes and activities. * Draft social media posts, captions, stories and basic website content. * Assist with photography, video documentation and event coverage. * Maintain a consistent and professional digital presence. * Track basic social media engagement and prepare updates. Requirements * Good written and verbal communication skills. * Interest in social media, digital communication and content creation. * Basic knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and Canva. * Creativity and ability to present ideas clearly. * Basic photography/video-editing skills will be an advantage. * Freshers and students are welcome.
